Service Description

Everyone who is lucky enough to have a deck to enjoy their outdoor space knows that a clean deck makes all the difference in enjoying your outside oasis. Whatever the surface is, we clean it appropriately. Soft wash for wood, high-to-light pressure for concrete. It's important that if you have a painted deck that you do an annual cleaning, if not then the mold & algae will eat away at the paint a lot quicker than it would normally. With our staining process, we begin with a soft wash of the wood, followed by a pH neutralizer & wood brightener. We provide the client with pamphlets from 3 different companies to choose stain color from. Of course, client can choose their own brand as well! We then sand the deck after letting it dry from the cleaning. After stain color is chosen, we then proceed to stain the deck. We are diligent in laying tarp & tape over any area that it is not to be stained. We have restored close to 100 decks & fences; the result is staggering every time!
